When your body says Listen to Me: Physical Signs

Even if you’re not fully aware of your issues, your subconscious and this reflects in your body as aches and pains or tiredness. It’s forcing tour conscious mind to listen and slow down so you can recover. Listen to it now before these aches and pains become permanent damage.
